How to complain
Email [email protected] with your name, phone, city, the contractor's name and what happened.
What we do
We confirm we got it within two business days, contact the contractor where it makes sense, and tell you what we found and what we did. We may stop referring to a contractor because of complaints.
Disputes with a contractor
Your contract is with the contractor, so we can't settle disputes about their work or payment for them. You can also contact the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry or the Minnesota Attorney General's Office about a licensed contractor.
